He graduated from the University of Florida in 1980, and medical school from the University of South Florida in 1984. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Alabama Birmingham hospitals and pulmonary critical care fellowship at the University of Tennessee, Memphis, completing in 1989. Dr. Estes has a special interest in advanced pulmonary diagnostics utilizing bronchoscopic computer navigation and endobronchial ultrasound techniques for diagnosing lung lesions. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1987, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in 1989 and remains board certified in both fields. Dr. Estes is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, Tennessee Thoracic Society, American Thoracic Society, and Society of Critical Care Medicine.
Dr. Alsharif practices pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine with StatCare. He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Alsharif completed both Residency and Fellowship at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis, Tennessee. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2012, Pulmonary Medicine in 2014, Critical Care Medicine in 2015, and Sleep Medicine in 2016. Dr. Alsharif is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the American Thoracic Society, and the American College of Chest Physicians.
Dr. Orthoefer practices as an internal medicine hospitalist with Stat Care. He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Memphis in 1997. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Tennessee Hospital in Knoxville in 2000. He received board certification in general internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2000, and he received certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine with a focused practice in hospital medicine in 2010. He continues to maintain certification in hospital medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Zibas comes to StatCare to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from East Tennessee State University in 1992. Dr. Zibas completed Residency at University of Alabama Birmingham in 1996. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1996 and currently remains board certified. Dr. Zibas is a member of the American Medical Association, Southern Medical Association, Tennessee Medical Association.
Dr. Chaltry is a Board Certified Physician in Internal Medicine since 2001. He graduated from Northern Michigan University in 1994. Medical school at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at The University of Tennessee-Knoxville where he was a Chief Resident in 2001. Dr Chaltry was a traditional Internal Medicine physician in South Carolina, Mississippi, and Tennessee before joining Statcare Medical Group as a hospitalist in 2010. He is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American College of Physicians, Tennessee Medical Association, and the American Medical Association. He is also a co-owner of the Green Bay Packers.
Dr. Desai joined StatCare in 2021 to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. She graduated from RCSM Government Medical School in 2013 and completed Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Miami JFK Medical Center in 2018. Dr. Desai enjoys skydiving, bungee jumping, dancing, traveling, and movies. She is fluent in Englush, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi.
Dr. Swisher comes to StatCare practicing in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine since 1995. He completed undergraduate, Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy programs at The Pennsylvania State University prior to obtaining a Doctor of Medicine degree at Jefferson Medical College. Subsequently, Dr. Swisher completed an Internal Medicine Residency in 1992 and Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship in 1995 at The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. He maintains board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Swisher is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, American Thoracic Society, Pulmonary Hypertension Association, Society of Critical Care Medicine and Christian Medical and Dental Association. His special interest is pulmonary vascular diseases.
Dr. Doleh comes to StatCare to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 2003. Dr. Doleh completed his internal medicine residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland in 2006. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2007 and currently remains board certified.
Dr. Wolff comes to StatCare to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2012. Dr. Wolff completed Residency in 2015. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2015. Dr. Wolff is a member of the American College of Physicians, American College of Osteopathic Internists, and the American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. Zibas completed a residency in Internal Medicine at UAB in Birmingham, followed by a chief residency at Baptist Health Systems in Birmingham. She received her board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1996 and currently remains board certified. Dr. Zibas is a member of the American Medical Association, Southern Medical Association, Tennessee Medical Association.
Dr. Deuso joined StatCare in 2018 to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from Lincoln Memorial University in 2015 and completed Residency in Internal Medicine at Danville Regional Medical Center in 2018. Dr. Deuso is a member of the Tennessee Osteopathic Medical Association and the American Osteopathic Association. He is an Eagle scout and enjoys mission work and volunteering with animals.

She graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2007 and completed Residency in Internal Medicine at ETSU James H. Quillen College of Medicine in 2013. Before joining StatCare, she practiced in Columbia, TN. Dr. Raj is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American College of Physicians. She enjoys traveling, baking, gardening, crafting, and reading. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Hindi.
