Our primary provider, Warren Dinges, MD, PhD, is a physician-scientist and board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. He has conducted extensive medical research concerning HIV and other infectious diseases. His work has been, and continues to be, published in numerous medical and scientific journals. In addition, Dr. Dinges provides private patients the highest-level of HIV, travel, and internal medicine care.
Dr. Dinges attended medical school and had his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Texas’ flagship medical school, UT Southwestern in Dallas. He then attended the University of Washington’s prestigious Infectious Disease fellowship program, ranked as one of the top two infectious disease programs in the country at the time of his matriculation.
Dr. Mannem provides a comprehensive, holistic approach to complicated medical problems using a combination of conventional and functional medicine. Her treatment philosophy indexes on identifying the root cause of disease/symptoms and treating the whole person. She believes in establishing long-term relationships with her patients that spans across all stages of their lives. She builds these relationships by providing personalized care options that start with understanding the health goals that her patients want to achieve, guiding them with the knowledge they need to be confident about the decisions being made for their health, and helping them navigate different treatment options (both diagnostic and preventative care). Dr. Teja Mehendale is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is proud to join the highly skilled physicians, nurse practitioners, and staff at Medical Arts Associates. Dr. Mehendale graduated from Windsor University and trained at Oakland Physicians Medical Center’s Family Medicine Residency Program in Michigan.

Matthew Budoff, MD, FACC, FAHA, is a professor of medicine at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and the Endowed Chair of Preventive Cardiology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Budoff is on the editorial boards of several cardiology journals, including Clinical Cardiology, Journal of Invasive Cardiology, JACC: Cardiovascular Imaging, and Cardiovascular Diabetology. Dr. Budoff has served on a number of association committees, including as secretary and executive committee member for LA BioMed (2018–current), foundation board member of the American College of Cardiology (ACC; 2014–current), and member of the ACC Annual Scientific Session program committee (2013–2015). He also serves on the executive committee of the ACC Center of Excellence on Cardiovascular Risk Reduction (2018-2020). Dr. Budoff has author or coauthored more than 50 books and book chapters and more than 2000 articles and abstracts.
Desirae Dorsey, ARNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner and the CEO of Anywhere Wellness, a multi-state telehealth practice serving patients in Washington, Idaho, Colorado, and Florida. She is deeply committed to expanding access to high-quality, compassionate mental health care by removing traditional barriers such as location, scheduling challenges, and stigma. Through secure, online counseling and medication management, Desirae strives to ensure individuals across Washington, Idaho, and Colorado can receive timely, personalized support from the comfort of their own homes.

Dr. Speck has practiced cardiology and internal medicine in the greater Seattle area for over 20 years. She is the medical director of the cardiac wellness and rehabilitation programs at the Swedish Heart and Vascular Institute in Seattle. She graduated from the University of Illinois with a combined MD MPH (Masters Degree in Public Health) and did her post graduate medical training at the University of Washington Hospitals. She has always believed that preventing illness is the best approach to managing health and maintaining vitality at whatever stage of life. She has served as the Medical Director for the Dean Ornish Program for reversing heart disease and strongly supports the role of exercise and nutrition in preventing and reversing disease. In 2009, she co-founded POTENTRx, a medical fitness company, to offer patients a medically-supervised lifestyle approach to their health. She is an expert spokesperson for the Seattle community and educator for fellow professionals in illness prevention, disease-reversal and disease –management techniques. She believes that partnering with her patients offers the best possible avenue to improving and maintaining their health.
