The Center for Multisystem Disease in Denver specializes in disorders that affect multiple body systems. These diseases often cause such complex symptoms that patients spend years going from one doctor to the next, without ever obtaining an accurate diagnosis because their problem doesn’t fit neatly into a traditional medical specialty.
Jill Schofield, MD founded the Center for Multisystem Disease to provide comprehensive care to patients with conditions such as dysautonomia, mast cell activation syndrome, antiphospholipid syndrome, Sjögren’s syndrome, and celiac disease. Some of the patients suffering from these disorders also have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome which causes additional struggles. She specializes in immune-mediated disorders that are confounding due to bodywide symptoms, devoting extra time to each patient so she can identify the issues causing their symptoms. She was the recipient of the 2019 Dysautonomia Support Network’s Game Changer Award for her work in the use of IVIG to treat patients with autoimmune forms of dysautonomia.
At the Center for Multisystem Disease, you’ll receive compassionate care that includes not just medication, but support for lifestyle changes that are important for many patients suffering from these disorders. This includes dietary counseling, help with stress reduction, and learning the best ways to exercise to maintain well-being without aggravating your condition.
If you’ve ever felt like no one understands your illness, or worse, if you’ve been told there’s nothing wrong with you or your symptoms are all in your head, you’re not alone. You’ll find a community that welcomes you at the Center for Multisystem Disease. You’ll meet other patients who suffer from the same condition and who understand your struggle.
Your symptoms will never be discounted at the Center for Multisystem Disease. Their goal is to define your underlying disorder or disorders and to provide customized treatment targeted to the root of the problem, rather than just “band-aid” treatments targeted to each symptom. If you have questions or would like to schedule an appointment, call the office or book an intake appointment online.
“Dr Schofield is ahead of her time. Her medical insights, cutting edge research, attentiveness and commitment to her patients’ health create a unique healing environment. She sets the standard for excellence in treating complex multi-system illnesses.”

Bryce was born and raised in Denham Springs, Louisiana, where he attended college at Louisiana Tech University to play baseball and majored in Biology. He then went to medical school at Louisiana State University’s School of Medicine in Shreveport. In his spare time, he loves being outside in nature, so naturally, Colorado is the place to be! He has really gotten into skiing since living here, and also loves hiking and fishing. He is not quite sure what area of medicine he'd like to specialize in, but he does know that it is very important to him to be in a position that provides excellent care to patients. That's what life is all about - folks taking care of folks!

Outside of his medical work, Dr. Walker enjoys all sports and spending time with his wife and three sons. When not attending one of sons' games, he can be found working on his pickeball serve or at a driving range attempting to add yards to his golf game.
I was born and raised in Southern California, and I have already had theopportunity to call several states and countries home. I did my undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Idaho where I earned a degree in Biology. Then, I started medical school at Trinity School of Medicine on the lovely island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and finished in the state of Georgia.
My desire to enter medicine started when I was an Emergency Medical Technician in Idaho. Through my medical school training, I found my passion to be in internal medicine. Outside of my work in medicine, I enjoy playing soccer, outdoor activities with my wife and kids, andfixing things.
“Very friendly. Asked good questions, listened reflectively. I really liked Dr. West. I would suggest trying to keep nonverbal/facial expressions friendly and positive. Some facial expressions made me wonder if I said something stupid.
I would return to see Dr. West.”
