William Crevier, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine and pediatrics physician at The Center for Primary Healthcare in Orland Park, Illinois. He is also the president and medical director of the practice and cares for patients of all ages: from infants through adults.
Dr. Crevier grew up in Vermont. He attended the University of California at Berkeley, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Biochemistry. He received his medical degree from the University of Chicago and completed his residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. He’s an advocate for access to care and served as the founding executive director of two Christian community health centers.

Dr. Crevier has welcomed a resident to his practice; Dr. Carol Crevier who is a new Family Nurse Practitioner. Carol is known by many of the CPHC patients from her time as a nurse and administrator within his practice. Dr. Crevier also frequently has medical students shadow him for a day.

Mukesh Ahluwalia, MD, is a board-certified pulmonologist/intensivist and sleep medicine specialist. Since 1999, he’s been treating patients at Respiratory, Critical Care, and Sleep Specialists, which has three offices conveniently located in Des Plaines, Oak Park, and Chicago’s Portage Park in Illinois.
Dr. Ahluwalia earned his medical degree from the University College of Medical Sciences at the University of Delhi in New Delhi, India. He stayed in New Delhi for his internship, which he completed at the Safdarjung Hospital, but then relocated to Chicago for his internal medicine residency, which he completed at Grant Hospital of Chicago and Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital, now known as Rush University Medical Center. Before finishing, his program awarded him with a certificate of outstanding teaching to the house staff of medical students.
Dr. Ahluwalia finished his post-graduate training in New York, with a fellowship in pulmonary medicine at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn and a fellowship in critical care medicine at the University of Rochester’s Strong Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Ahluwalia is highly skilled in his specialties, and he maintains board-certification in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, and sleep medicine. He’s a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, the American Thoracic Society, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine, and his work has been published in the Journal of Bronchology.
Dr. Ahluwalia is skilled in performing all invasive procedures in the fields of pulmonary medicine, sleep medicine, and critical care, and he looks forward to utilizing those abilities to help his patients be as healthy and happy as possible.
Ilja Faibussowitsch, M.D., is a pulmonologist, specializing in critical care and sleep problems. He is currently a diplomat of the American Boards of Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Sleep Medicine and Internal Medicine. Fluent in Fluent in Russian, German, and English, Dr. Faibussowitsch enjoys traveling when he is not seeing patients.
