Colin Fiorentino, PA-C, is a compassionate and meticulous physician assistant practicing at Bridgewater Primary Care & Cardiology in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
He earned his Bachelor of Science from Bridgewater State University here in Bridgewater. He also holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Army's Interservice Physician Assistant Program (IPAP), which he attained in January 2024. He has hands-on experience working in orthopedic surgery and urgent care, where he provided comprehensive patient care in both clinical and surgical settings.
Colin is well-versed in diagnosing and treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, assisting in surgical procedures, and delivering competent care in fast-paced environments. He is passionate about patient education, treatment planning, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Dr. Testani is a board-certified family medicine physician originally from Trumbull, Connecticut. She earned her undergraduate degree from Denison University, where she majored in Biology, minored in Spanish, and was a standout student-athlete on the field hockey team. Her dedication on and off the field earned her a place on the National Academic All-American Squad.
She went on to receive her medical degree from Campbell University, where she was honored with the Overall Distinguished Clinical Scholar Award in Family Medicine for her graduating class. Dr. Testani then completed her residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where she served as chief resident and pursued a concentration in women’s health.
Dr. Testani is passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate care to individuals and families. Her special interests include women’s health, sports medicine, pediatrics, mental health, and addressing the social determinants of health.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Testani enjoys running, reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her cat.
We would like to welcome Dr. Donald Perlo, MD to our team! Dr. Perlo will be joing our practice in February 2024. He is an Internal Medicine doctor with over 20 year of experience. He graduated from Harvard with an AB degree in anthropolgy, then went to Tufts University where he graduated with his post-baccalaureate in pre-med courses, he then earned his medical degree at Jefferson medical College in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Perlo will be seeing patients on Monday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's. His hobbies include: Running, cycling, hiking, learning to play fiddle and flute, writing, making maple syrup and canning jams in season. He also loves a great Broadway musical; old George Carlin, Monty Python, and SCTV clips; and delighting his kids with Dad jokes. Dr. Perlo sees patients ages 18 & up.

Dr. Ami Muehlberg is an aesthetic physician with over a decade of experience helping clients meet their beauty goals. In addition to the array of aesthetic treatments she offers at The Lip Bunny Beauty Med Spa, her experience working in the dermatology field allows her to offer a complete aesthetic approach to her clients.
She earned a medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed aresidency in Internal Medicine. After receiving her board certification, a special interest in dermatology and aesthetics led her to spend several years working in busy dermatology practices where she honed her skills. She has since served as a medical director for several prominent medical spas in New England. While she enjoys training and supervising nurse injectors, her favorite role is that of physician-injector, working directly with clients.
As a strong proponent of continuing medical education, Dr. Ami continues to receive certifications and specialty trainings in aesthetic procedures annually, both in the US and abroad. These range from Allergan and Galderma master classes to trainings with the Esthetic Skin Institute in Fort Lauderdale, FL and the Julie Horne Academy in Oslo, Norway, to name a few. Dr. Ami also lectures on various aesthetic topics. Most recently, she presented a lecture “Safety for Aesthetic Injectors” to a large consortium of dentists at the Javits Center in NYC.

Dr. Muhammad Bajwa is a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician licensed to practice medicine in Massachusetts. He strives to provide compassionate patient care in a comprehensive and effective way.
Dr. Bajwa spent 3 years in Harvard-associated hospitals (Mass General Hospital, Joslin Diabetes Center, and Beth Israel Medical Center) doing clinical research in Cardiovascular Disease and Diabetes. He obtained his Research Fellowship from Joslin Diabetes Center, Boston MA in 2011.
He continued his career with internal medicine training at Good Samaritan Hospital, University of Cincinnati, OH. He completed his residency in 2015 and moved to Rhode Island Hospital as a teaching attending in the Department of Medicine at Brown University.
Amer Nazir, MD, is a skilled primary care doctor at Integra Primary Care located in Canton, Massachusetts. He has over 23 years of experience providing high-quality, evidence-based healthcare to patients.
In 2002, Dr. Nazir earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB, BS) degrees from Allama Iqbal Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan. He then relocated to the United States, where he completed an internal medicine residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx. He currently serves as a hospitalist at South Shore Hospital, where he also teaches, supervises, and lectures medical students. He has also contributed to several research projects and presentations.
To maintain the highest standards of care for his patients, Dr. Nazir is a member of the American College of Physicians.
