Philip M. Bach, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist and internal medicine physician. Dr. Bach earned his medical degree from Georgetown in Washington, DC. After graduating, he completed an internship and residency at the university. He then completed a cardiology fellowship at the Center for Health Sciences (CHS) at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Dr. Bach is a member of the American Heart Association and the Sacramento/El Dorado County Medical Society. He is also a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
Dr. Bach has over 40 years of experience in the medical field. At Sacramento Heart & Vascular Medical Associates, he uses his decades of experience to ask the right questions and listen to patients to ensure he offers the best care possible.

Michael D. Fugit, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist and internal medicine physician. Dr. Fugit earned his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, formerly known as the University of Southern California School of Medicine, in Los Angeles, California. He completed his internship and residency at UC San Diego Health, formerly known as the University of California at San Diego Medical Center, in San Diego, California.
Dr. Fugit completed a cardiovascular medicine fellowship at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in Houston, Texas. He also completed an interventional cardiac catheterization fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in West Carson, California.
Dr. Fugit is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Cardiology, and the American Heart Association. He holds several certifications, including a certificate in nuclear cardiology.
