I move at your pace and create a space where you can express yourself without fear of being judged or misunderstood. You can expect compassion, structure, and support every step of the way.
I chose this field because I have always been drawn to helping people through the most difficult parts of their lives. I have seen how deeply mental health challenges affect the mind, body, relationships, and sense of direction. Being able to help someone feel more grounded, more hopeful, and more themselves again is one of the most meaningful parts of my work.
Our first session is simple, comfortable, and focused on what matters most to you. We talk about what you are feeling, what has been hard, and what you want your life to look like. If needed, we complete an evaluation or screening. You leave with a clear plan, a sense of direction, and the comfort of knowing you are not doing this alone.
