He completed medical school at Allama Iqbal Medical College followed by residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Nephrology at West Virginia University School of Medicine.
He is passionate about taking care of all aspects related to the field of nephrology, including but not limited to diabetic nephropathy, hypertension, acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, glomerular disorders, kidney stones, cystic kidney diseases, electrolyte abnormalities, end-stage-renal disease including managing both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis and management of kidney transplant patients.
His practice is patient-focused, and he believes very strongly that each patient has unique needs and goals and that it is important for him, as their physician, to recognize this and provide personalized care to the best of his ability.

Dr. Leen Alyacoub completed medical school at Jordan University of Science and Technology, followed by her Internal Medicine residency at University at Buffalo. She then trained at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where she completed her fellowship in Nephrology and Hypertension.
Dr. Alyacoub provides comprehensive care for patients with chronic and acute kidney disease, glomerular disorders, hypertension, dialysis, and kidney transplantation. Her philosophy is to treat the whole patient with compassion—focusing not only on managing disease but also on improving overall quality of life.
She has presented her research nationally at the American Society of Nephrology and the National Kidney Foundation meetings and has published in the Cleveland Clinic Journal of Medicine. She is also an active member of the American Society of Nephrology, the National Kidney Foundation, and the International Society of Nephrology.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Alyacoub enjoys fitness, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She is fluent in English and Arabic and remains passionate about serving both her local community and global health initiatives.
