Dr. Kaplan is a general neurologist and pain management specialist treating patients at New York Neurology Associates. He is triple board-certified in Neurology, Clinical Electrophysiology, and Pain Medicine allowing for a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment of brain and nerve disease. Dr. Kaplan is also a Principal Investigator at NYNA's New York Neurology Institute, supervising multiple ongoing clinical trials. He serves on the faculty as Assistant Clinical Professor of Neurology at Columbia University Medical Center.

 

Dr. Kaplan earned his M.D. and Ph.D. degree from Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons. He completed his residency in neurology and a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology-EMG at the Neurological Institute of New York, Columbia University Medical Center, where he won several awards, published multiple peer-reviewed articles, and presented at national and international neurological conferences. He is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology.

Pascal Saremsky, MD, is a board-certified pediatric neurologist, pediatric epileptologist, and a valuable member of the team at NY Neurology Associates in New York City. He specializes in treating patients from newborns to early adulthood with a personalized and friendly approach that helps his young patients and their parents feel comfortable under his care.

Dr. Saremsky is well-known for his expertise in treating all childhood neurological disorders, including ADHD, autism, epilepsy, and migraines. After a thorough diagnostic evaluation, he prefers to follow a conservative treatment strategy whenever possible, which includes close follow-up and monitoring. He’s also happy to work closely with psychotherapists and neuropsychologists, when appropriate, to ensure accurate evaluations.

Dr. Saremsky trained entirely in New York State. He completed his undergraduate studies at Columbia University and his medical studies at New York Medical College. Fiona Gupta, MD, is a board-certified neurologist and an internationally recognized clinician and educator in the field of neuroscience and movement disorders. She is diligently serving patients at New York Neurology Associates, where she holds the title of Director of the Division of Movement Disorders. Alongside this, Dr. Gupta is positioned as a Sub-Investigator at NYNA's clinical trials arm, the New York Neurology Institute. She has been in clinical practice for 15 years.

Dr. Gupta completed her residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center and further honed her expertise through a very prestigious fellowship in movement disorders at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. With a clinical practice spanning over ten years, she has risen as a notable figure in the realm of deep brain stimulation (DBS) and neuromodulation, as well as neurotoxins, significantly benefiting a large number of patients with her adept and precise treatment.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Gupta established a robust foundation as the Medical Director of the DBS Program at Hackensack University Medical Center, a program that she built and grew to be one of the foremost in the nation. She then went on to become Director of the Movement Disorders Outreach Program and an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Cindy Jadoo, M.D., is a skilled and experienced neurologist providing advanced care solutions for patients on Long Island, NY, and throughout the Greater New York City metro region, including Lower Manhattan (Downtown) Midtown(Gramercy Park) and Manhattan’s Upper West Side neighborhoods. Dr. Starkman, the leading Neurologist in NYC, is the Medical Director and founder of New York Neurology Associates. Dr. Starkman is an Active Member of American Academy of Neurology, American Academy of Pain Medicine, International Spine Intervention Society, and American Society of Neuroimaging. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Columbia University Medical Center, and a Clinical Attending at Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Starkman was trained at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Medical Center and has been practicing Neurology and Pain Medicine since 1996. Sudhir Aggarwal, MD, PhD, is a highly trained and compassionate neurologist dedicated to using the best and latest treatments to help patients live a long, meaningful life.
