Dr. Vikas Shetty obtained his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C.. He subsequently completed a medical internship at Northwell Health- North Shore- Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York. Dr. Shetty then completed his neurology residency at the same institution, where he gained extensive experience in managing a wide range of neurological conditions.
He was later awarded a fellowship in epilepsy at Northwell Health, focusing on advanced epilepsy care, including interpreting complex EEGs and managing refractory epilepsy cases. Dr. Shetty is board-certified in neurology and epilepsy by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. His professional interests include epilepsy management and clinical neurophysiology.
Dr. Osher Rechester completed his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
After completing his undergraduate degree, he did research at Harvard (Massachusetts General Hospital), where he worked in the laboratory of Shaw Warren, M.D., who directed a research lab which studied mediators of sepsis and inflammation.
He subsequently received his M.D. after completing medical school at NYMC School of Medicine in Westchester County, New York.
He then proceeded to do his medical internship and residency in Neurology at Westchester Medical Center.
After completing his medical training, he went on to do an international post-graduate fellowship in Ethics and Philosophy at the Heiden Institute in Israel. Dr. Rechester has contributed to multiple research publications and he has also won multiple research and scholarship awards.
He received a scholarship to attend the Penry Residents Epilepsy Program at Wake Forest University in 2022. He also presented on frontal lobe epilepsy at Epilepsy Grand Rounds at Westchester Medical Center.
His interests in neurology include epilepsy and behavioral neurology.
Dr. Micic specializes in neurology and pediatric neurology. She earned her medical degree from the University of Nis Faculty of Medicine, serving multiple locations across NY. Dr. Micic completed an internship at Clinical Center Nis in Serbia after obtaining her medical degree. Later, she also completed her fellowships in child neurology, one at the University of Belgrade, Serbia, one at the State University of New York, Stony Brook and another at the Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Children’s Hospital. Highly qualified, she also completed her residency in pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr.
Dr. Ellen Edgar is the president of Complete Neurological Care, P.C. in New York and Florida. She is an American Board Certified Neurologist who holds double board certification from The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and The American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology (ABCN).

Nina Tsakadze, MD, PhD is a Board Certified Neurologist, who holds double Board Certification – in Adult Neurology from the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry (ABNP) and Headache Medicine from the United Council for Neurological Subspecialties (UCNS).
Dr. Tsakadze is one of only a handful of certified headache specialists in the country. She completed Neurology Residency and Fellowship in Headache and Facial Pain at the University of South Florida, Tampa, FL. Nick Fonarev, LCSW, is an experienced social worker at Hudson River Care and Counseling, both virtually and in the office in Teaneck, New Jersey.
Nick received his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Columbia University in Manhattan, New York. He also earned a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Marielle is deeply interested in providing care to children, adolescents, and families. She has 10 years of experience working with youth and their families in various professional settings. Marielle interned at Magical Experiences Arts Company, an organization supporting children and adolescents with autism. She also has classroom experience, teaching nursery school-aged children.
Most recently, Marielle provided care as an Intervention Specialist and Case Manager at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark. She worked on their Hudson Mobile Response and Stabilization Service Team.

She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Rutgers University in the United States and also practices with Hudson River Care and Counseling. She is fluent in English and Hebrew.
