Dr Tepper received his undergraduate degree from Yale College in New Haven, and his MD from Cornell University Medical College in New York City. He completed his Neurology residency at Harvard in Boston and is board certified in Neurology and in Headache Medicine.

Peter is a board certified neurologist and Director of the New England Center for Neurology and Headache, where he sees adults and children (age five and over) and employs a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to diagnosis and treatment. He holds clinical appointments at both Yale University School of Medicine and The Frank H. Netter School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University. He is also the CMO of NEICR and Ki Clinical Research and has authored over 150 articles, book chapters, and posters.

He lectures nationally, has been a principle investigator on numerous clinical trials, and has authored articles in the lay and scientific press.
