Dr. Hylton is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in Clinical Neuropsychology. She graduated from the University of Florida with a double major in Psychology and Criminology and went on to study at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida, with emphasis in Forensic Psychology. While enduring her graduate studies, she discovered a fascination with the inner workings of the brain and its overall effects. With this interest, Dr. Hylton continued to build the foundation of her training with specialization in neuropsychology, study of the brain and the nervous system’s influence on an individual’s cognition and behavior. She has broad experience in the field of psychology such as specialized psychotherapy for those suffering traumas and experience providing individual and group Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), administering psychological evaluations to children and/or parents for guardianship, as well as research. Dr. Hylton specializes in neuropsychological evaluation and testing.
Dr. Kurako is a caring and compassionate Board Certified Neurologist. Who specializes in neuromuscular disorders and movement disorders.
Dr. Kurako received her medical degree from the Dnepropetrovsk Medical Academy in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine. She completed her neurology residency at Cleveland Clinic in Florida. Dr. Kurako was also a movement disorders research fellow at Cleveland Clinic in Florida. She then went on to complete neuromuscular fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Kurako is passionate about educating future physicians as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and Florida State University College of Medicine as well as an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the University of Central Florida. She is widely published and continues to participate in multiple clinical trials.
Mayur C. Maniar, MD, is a mindful and attentive board-certified neurology specialist providing patient care at The Neurology Institute in Coral Springs and Sunrise, Florida.
Dr. Maniar received his medical degree from the University of Bombay in India. Since completing his neurology residency and fellowship in neuromuscular disorder at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, he has been serving the community in South Florida.
Dr. Maniar is a widely published physician with a vast array of lectures under his belt. He is also a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
Dr. Maniar looks forward to providing his patients with advanced technological expertise in neurological nerve conduction tests and EMGs.

Dr. Pawar is double board certified in Neurology and Vascular Neurology with an interest in hyperacute management of stroke and establishing systems of care. He received his medical degree at B.J. Medical College in India before going on to Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio to complete an Internal Medicine residency followed by neurology residencies at Loyola Medical Center in Chicago and the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Following completion of his residencies, Dr. Pawar completed Fellowships in Vascular Neurology at the University of Pennsylvania, Endovascular Neurosurgery and Interventional Radiology at Abington Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania, and Advanced Vascular Neurology at the Medical University of South Carolina. He is coming to us from Duke University Medical Center where he served as Stroke Medical Director. He is widely published. He has varied interests and has participated in multiple clinical trials.
Menachem Nagar, MD, is a neurologist with specialized training in vascular neurology. He works closely with patients at The Neurology Institute in Coral Springs and Sunrise, Florida. Dr. Nagar is fluent in English, Yiddish and Arabic.
Dr. Nagar completed medical school at the Technion Faculty of Medicine in Israel and his neurology training – including residency and fellowship in vascular neurology – at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Dr. Nagar is skilled in diagnosing and treating diverse acute and chronic neurological conditions. He also has strong skills in interpersonal communication, teamwork, and patient care.
His interests in neurology are broad-ranging, including stroke, acute care, hospital-based neurology, neuro-immunology, and epilepsy. Dr. Nagar is trained in multiple neuro-diagnostic modalities, including neurovascular ultrasound.

Mahsa Pahlavanzadeh, MD, is a Board-Certified Neurologist who specializes in epilepsy. She has a calm and caring approach with her patients. She enjoys collaborating with her patients in order to provide them with exceptional medical care.
Dr. Pahlavanzadeh received her medical degree from the University of Kerman School of Medicine. After receiving her medical degree, Dr. Pahlavanzadeh went on to complete her neurology residency at Virginia Tech Carilion and epilepsy fellowship at the University of Florida School of Medicine.

Jesus Vargas Soto, APRN is a foreign physician from Venezuela. Upon relocating to the United States, he began working in the medical field as an RN. He continued his education in the United States to earn his MSN-Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Jesus is a caring and compassionate provider who enjoys providing patients with high-quality care.
