Dr. Belkina has special expertise in preventive care, adolescent care, contraception, minimally invasive surgery, and managing abnormal bleeding.
Dr. Belkina attended the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at the City University of New York before earning her medical degree from the State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine. She then completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Throughout her training and career, Dr. Belkina has been recognized for her excellence in both education and research. She served as chief resident in obstetrics and gynecology and received the Excellence in Research Award from the Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology (CREOG). She is fluent in Russian, proficient in English, and can communicate in Spanish in a conversational medical setting.

Dr. Jimena Rivas is a compassionate OB/GYN at Advanced Obstetrics & Gynecology, LLC, proudly caring for patients in Lebanon, Branchburg and Flemington, New Jersey. She is passionate about guiding women through every stage of life, from pregnancy and postpartum care to menopause and beyond.
Originally from Colombia, Dr. Rivas brings award-winning experience and a global perspective to her practice. She earned her medical degree from the Universidad de Caldas in Manizales and completed her OB/GYN specialization at Rita Arango Alvarez del Pino Medical Center. After moving to the United States, she completed a second OB/GYN residency training at Morristown Medical Center and Overlook Medical Center in New Jersey. She served as Chief Resident and was recognized for her excellence in patient care.
Dr. Rivas is board-certified and a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologist (FACOG). She is fluent in English and Spanish allowing her to connect deeply with patients from diverse backgrounds. She has been honored on Castle Connolly's Top Hispanic and Latino Doctors List in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
Outside of her professional work, Dr. Rivas enjoys spending quality time with her husband and four children.
Seth M. Rubin, MD, FACOG, is a highly respected, board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at Advanced Obstetrics & Gynecology, LLC, with offices in Lebanon, Branchburg, and Flemington, New Jersey. Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care, Dr. Rubin has been serving women and families in the Hunterdon County region since 1993. He is known for his approachable style, commitment to building lasting relationships, and expertise in both routine and complex gynecologic and obstetric care.
Dr. Rubin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia before earning his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, where he completed an honors research project in obstetrics and gynecology. He went on to complete his residency training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he trained under some of the nation’s leading experts in the field.
Throughout his more than 30 years in practice, Dr. Rubin has earned widespread recognition for his clinical excellence. Since 2008, his peers have consistently honored him as a Top Doctor in New Jersey, reflecting both his advanced skill set and the trust he inspires among colleagues and patients alike.
At Advanced Obstetrics & Gynecology, Dr. Rubin offers a full spectrum of women’s health services, including advanced minimally invasive gynecologic procedures. He provides expert care for conditions such as uterine fibroids, irregular bleeding, infertility, menopause, and hormonal disorders, in addition to supporting patients with birth control management, pregnancy care, and other reproductive health needs. Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Rubin values time with his wife and two daughters. Together, they enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and canoeing, as well as cultural experiences like theater and concerts.
Dr. Kara Goglia is a compassionate, board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist proudly serving patients at Advanced Obstetrics & Gynecology, with locations in Lebanon, Branchburg, and two offices in Flemington, New Jersey. She cares for individuals of all ages and backgrounds—including adolescents and members of the LGBTQ+ community—with a special focus on cervical health, minimally invasive surgery, contraception, and general obstetrics.
Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Goglia began her academic journey at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, where she was recognized as a Presidential Scholar. She went on to earn her medical degree from Loyola University’s Stritch School of Medicine in Illinois, then returned to New Jersey to complete her residency at Saint Barnabas Medical Center. During her residency, she received honors for both her surgical skills and her dedication to patient care.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Goglia has contributed to the field through research published in the American Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners—recognitions that speak to her commitment to excellence in women’s health.
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Goglia enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their two children, and their two dogs—one of whom is a beloved rescue. She loves curling up with a good book, getting creative with crafts, and cheering on her kids at their sports games—her favorite way to spend the weekend.
