Alicia earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the State University of New York at Buffalo and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University in 1997. Meghan Lainoff, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined Charles County Dermatology Associates in 2024. She is licensed to practice in both Maryland and Virginia. Meghan's journey into Dermatology began over a decade ago when she worked as a Medical Assistant while earning her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from George Mason University.
In 2018, Meghan completed her master's in physician assistant studies at Radford University Carilion in Roanoke, Virginia and has since gained valuable clinical and procedural experience working in interventional Pulmonology and Neurosurgery. Her diverse background as a Physician Assistant allows her to provide well rounded, high-quality care to every patient.

Jacob Aja, PA-C is a board certified physician assistant who joined the practice in 2021. He completed his undergraduate training at Boise State University. He then went on to earn his Masters in Physicians Assistant studies in 2007. He began his career in orthopedics but developed a love for Dermatology which guided him to join Charles County Dermatology. He is an active member of AAPA and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. He is trained in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss and other dermatologic problems. He is also trained to perform cosmetic procedures.
