Dr. Lea started his orthopedic journey by receiving his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, graduating summa cum laude. He earned the Merek Award for excellence in biochemistry and the Undergraduate Student Excellence Award for his impeccable academic performance.
Shortly after, Dr. Lea pursued master’s and medical degrees simultaneously, highlighting his drive and dedication to all things orthopedic. He earned both degrees from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was given the Alfred S. Maschke Award for Excellence. Dr. Lea immediately followed up with the same institution's internship and residency program.

Paul Gregory, MD, is an exceptional, board-certified trauma surgeon servicing the greater Carmichael, California, region. At Orthopedic Trauma Surgeons of Northern California, Dr. Gregory brings more than 30 years of experience.
Dr. Gregory received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and continued at the University of Nebraska School of Medicine in Omaha, where he received his medical degreeHe then completed his internship and residency at the University of Oklahoma’s Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation l in Oklahoma City. Rounding out his educational experience, Dr. Gregory moved to Tampa, Florida, where he completed a fellowship in musculoskeletal trauma.
Since 1999, Dr. Gregory has served as the director of orthopedic trauma at Mercy San Juan Medical Center in Carmichael, California. He is an active member of the Orthopaedic Trauma Association and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals. He serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma. In 2010, Dr. Gregory founded the Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeons of Northern California fellowship program. The program is one of approximately 45 such programs accredited in the United States to train orthopaedic resident graduates in musculoskeletal trauma.
Dr. Terence Delaney is an orthopedic surgeon in Los Gatos, California and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including El Camino Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital. He received his medical degree from New York Medical College and has been in practice for more than 25 years.
Dr Delaney is a Stanford University fellowship trained Joint Replacement specialist and sports medicine specialist.
