Dr. Milne was born and raised in Bloomfield Hills, MI. He did his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, followed by medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Dr Brezina was born and raised in Midland, Texas. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin with a BA from the Plan II honors program with an emphasis in philosophy. He then attended medical school at Texas Tech, and his residency in orthopedic surgery at Louisiana State University Shreveport.
