Dr. Cook earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana, and completed his residency and fellowship training in orthopedic surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. His training included a stint in England at the National Health Service, giving him the opportunity to observe an alternative approach to the practice of medicine.

John M. Noack, MD, is a board-certified, highly sought-after orthopedic surgeon at the Center for Foot and Ankle Restoration in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Frisco, Texas. He has fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery, with expertise in traumatic and sports-related injuries and degenerative conditions of the ankle and foot. Dr. Noack was then awarded a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at the Foundation for Orthopaedic, Athletic and Reconstructive Research in Houston, Texas, where he served as a team physician for the athletic department at Rice University.
