Dr. Mantell is a fellowship trained, orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine. He is a graduate of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He received his medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC, and stayed in the area to complete his residency at The George Washington University Hospital. He continued his training at the prestigious New England Baptist Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital, where Dr. Mantell completed his fellowship training in sports medicine.

Dr. Sandberg joined Winchester Orthopaedic Associates in 2019. His clinical interests include hand, wrist, and elbow conditions, including: sports injuries (example: “Tommy John”); carpal tunnel syndrome; nerve conditions; and arthritis, to include Total Elbow Replacement. He is also trained in the treatment of developmental and congenital hand differences.
Dr. Sandberg obtained his medical degree from the University of Virginia, and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. He then completed a fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity at the University of Virginia. He is board certified and a candidate member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
Outside of work Dr. Sandberg enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors. He is an avid fly fisherman, cyclist, and also enjoys working on cars with his dad.

Tori Arnao PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. She obtained a BS in Health Sciences as well as an MBA from Philadelphia University. She then obtained a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Thomas Jefferson University in 2018.
Tori is accredited by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and is completing the SDPA diplomate fellowship.
