During his Fellowship, Dr. Bloomstein was part of a relief mission to help the earthquake victims in Haiti in 2010. In a five-day period, the team of eight orthopaedic surgeons operated on over fifty patients who survived the earthquake. David Lent, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Doctors United, with offices in the West Farms and Wakefield neighborhoods in Yonkers, New York. He is highly trained in orthopedic surgery, with over two decades of experience in the field.
Dr. Lent earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in health science from Yeshiva University in New York City, New York, and received his medical degree at New York University School of Medicine in New York City, New York.
He completed an orthopedic residency program at Montefiore Medical Center in The Bronx, New York City, New York, and a sports medicine fellowship at Staten Island University Hospital in Staten Island, New York.
