Svetlana Zaydman, DO, has a true passion for improving lives with pain management and wellness therapies. She takes a comprehensive approach to pain management, utilizing therapies, medication, exercise, nutrition, and other lifestyle changes to relieve both acute and chronic pain. Each patient receives individualized care to develop a unique treatment plan to achieve positive, lasting results. With a keen understanding of the human body’s anatomy and function, she is dedicated to relieving patients’ pain and discomfort, so they gain renewed hope and improved quality of life. Dr. Zaydman believes in the powerful effect that people’s daily wellness choices have on their overall quality of life.
Before joining Valley Medical and Wellness, Dr. Zaydman was on the medical staff at The Atkins Center for Complementary Medicine in New York City, New York, where she worked under Dr. Robert Atkins, developer of the low-carbohydrate diet. As part of her comprehensive therapy protocols, she provides education and guidance on diet, exercise, and alternative wellness treatments to help patients feel their very best.
Dr. Zaydman co-founded Valley Medical and Wellness in 2014 and currently serves as the company's President and Medical Director. She is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota Medical School, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.

Ashley Lardy is a Certified Physician Assistant with a Master of Clinical Medical Science from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UW-La Crosse. Prior to becoming a PA, she worked in gastroenterology and geriatrics, gaining hands-on experience in patient care and chronic disease management.

Her approach emphasizes combining compassionate care with evidence-based medicine. In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, practicing restorative yoga, and going on walks. She also loves spending quality time with her loved ones, especially her two cats, Pixie and Romeo.
