He recently became credentialed by the International Society for Stem Cell Application in cellular-based products for regenerative medicine and is a member of the society. He practices from the offices in Clifton, Middletown, Riverdale, Edison, and Jersey City, New Jersey, and Staten Island and Ardsley, New York.
Dr. Arora graduated from Binghamton University in New York. After undergrad, he traveled to Philadelphia to attend Drexel University College of Medicine, where he conducted medical research and earned his Masters of Medical Science. Dr. Arora then returned to New York for medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
After medical school, Dr. Arora completed his residency in Anesthesiology and a clinical fellowship in pain medicine through the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Roosevelt and Mount Sinai St. Luke’s, both in New York City. During his education, Dr. Arora received recognition and numerous awards for his excellence in learning and practice.
Dr. Arora brings vast experience and up-to-date knowledge to the team of doctors and professionals at Metro Pain and Vein Centers. He believes in treating his patients with comfort, compassion, and communication. As a partner in his patient’s health, he is committed to understanding the goals of his patients and believes this is the key to the best clinical results.

Dr. Shah earned his medical degree from the State University of New York in Syracuse, New York. Dr. Shah went on to complete his residency in Anesthesiology and fellowship in Pain Medicine at New York University Langone Medical Center in New York City.
Dr. Shah is a double board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology and is also certified in Pain Medicine. He stays up-to-date on the latest treatments in medicine, anesthesiology, and pain management. Recently, Dr. Shah has been focusing on regenerative medicine as a way to optimize the quality of life for his patients. He believes that platelet-rich plasma therapy and stem cell treatments hold great promise for the future of medicine.
With a goal of improving the lives of his patient’s using evidence-based medicine, Dr. Shah incorporates a multi-modal approach in his treatments for managing acute, chronic pain, and cancer pain as well treatments of varicose veins. He may recommend treatments that include interventional procedures, pharmacotherapy, lifestyle modification, chiropractic care, acupuncture, and physical therapy.
Since beginning practice nearly five years ago, Dr. Shah has been committed to building strong relationships with his patients. He speaks four languages — English, Spanish, Hindi, and Gujarati — which he utilizes to connect with patients of various backgrounds and cultures.
In his free time, Dr. Shah enjoys traveling, watching college basketball, and spending time with his wife and daughters. He currently lives in Northern New Jersey.
