Before relocating to the United States, Dr. Novik earned his medical degree from Samarkand State Medical School in Uzbekistan. He later completed an internal medicine residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway and an anesthesiology residency at SUNY Health Science Center in Brooklyn, New York.

A Brooklyn native, Dr. Dvoskin earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University before completing his medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2012. He went on to complete his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at SUNY Upstate Medical Center and advanced fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
Dr. Dvoskin is an active member of the North American Spine Society, International Spine Intervention Society, Society of General Internal Medicine, and American Medical Association. Leon Reyfman, MD, FIPP, RPh, is a highly respected pain management physician who is board-certified in both anesthesiology and pain management by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
