David Gale, MD, is an interventional pain management specialist at Alliance Spine & Pain in Cartersville and Marietta, Georgia.

Dr. Okpareke then spent eight years practicing as an interventional pain specialist in Chicago before returning to Atlanta in 2022 to join Alliance Spine & Pain where he now serves on its Medical Executive Committee.

Passionate about pursuing health care, Dr. Rosenfeld received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He later completed an internship in General Surgery at LSU Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Dr. Rosenfeld then completed his residency in anesthesiology at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he later completed advanced fellowship training in interventional pain medicine.
