Since 2003, he has treated a wide range of conditions, including back, neck, and joint pain, neuropathic disorders, spinal stenosis, and cancer-related pain. His approach emphasizes a multidisciplinary strategy tailored to each patient’s needs.
Dr. Kosharskyy is skilled in innovative procedures such as spinal cord and dorsal root ganglion (DRG) stimulation, kyphoplasty and vertebroplasty, percutaneous discectomy, and the MILD® procedure for spinal stenosis. He also offers alternative pain management options, including medical marijuana therapy.
Educated at the Free University of Berlin Medical School, Dr. Kosharskyy completed his anesthesiology residency at Boston University Medical Center and an interventional pain medicine fellowship at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, NY. Dmitriy Dvoskin, MD, is a dual board-certified physician specializing in interventional pain management and physical medicine and rehabilitation. A Brooklyn native, Dr. Dvoskin earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University before completing his medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2012. He went on to complete his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at SUNY Upstate Medical Center and advanced fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
Dr. Dvoskin is an active member of the North American Spine Society, International Spine Intervention Society, Society of General Internal Medicine, and American Medical Association.
