He went on to complete his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at SUNY Upstate Medical Center and advanced fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
Dr. Dvoskin is an active member of the North American Spine Society, International Spine Intervention Society, Society of General Internal Medicine, and American Medical Association. His expertise spans a wide range of conditions, including back and neck pain, herniated discs, neuropathy, sciatica, and joint pain, as well as advanced procedures such as epidural injections, nerve blocks, and radiofrequency ablation.

Boleslav Kosharskyy, MD, is a triple board-certified pain management physician specializing in anesthesiology, interventional pain medicine, and palliative care. As an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Rehabilitation Medicine at Albert Einstein Medical College and Associate Medical Director of Pain Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center, Dr. Kosharskyy combines academic expertise with compassionate patient care. Since 2003, he has treated a wide range of conditions, including back, neck, and joint pain, neuropathic disorders, spinal stenosis, and cancer-related pain.
