Rina is a dedicated nursing professional with a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the American University of Beirut, where she was honored to join the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. Her early career included volunteering at the Children’s Cancer Center, an experience that deepened her commitment to nursing and the nuances of nursing in diverse environments.
Upon returning to Salt Lake City, Utah, she began her nursing journey as a telemetry nurse, quickly advancing to a position in the Shock Trauma ICU. Driven by her passion for critical care, she furthered her education at the University of California, Los Angeles, earning a Master’s in Nursing with a focus in acute care. Since then, she has honed her skills as an infectious disease and pain management nurse practitioner.
Fluent in English, Armenian, and conversational Arabic, she thrives in multicultural settings and values the continuous learning opportunities her profession offers. What she enjoys most about her role is the meaningful patient interactions that allow her to make a difference in the lives of those she serves.
Ryanna earned a BA in biological sciences from Rutgers University and an associate degree in nursing from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She worked as a floor nurse at Albany Medical Center while earning a degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Russell Sage College. Upon licensure, she transitioned to the role of Nurse practitioner and has experience in gastroenterology, infectious diseases, and now pain management. In her spare time, she loves jogging to the beach, lifting weights, and learning how to surf.
Julia is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in both surgical and clinical settings. Originally from San Francisco, she began her career as a registered nurse in the operating room, where she gained valuable experience in high-acuity care.
She later worked in Washington, D.C. as a nurse practitioner in plastic surgery, developing a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Now back in California, Julia is dedicated to helping patients manage pain, regain comfort, and improve their quality of life with compassion and expertise.
Graduated from Western University of Health Sciences. Specializes in Pain Management, Urgent Care and Family Medicine. Shahzad is bilingual in Spanish and has extensive experience working in underserved communities. Shahzad is passionate about educating patients about their conditions and helping them achieve their health goals. Before becoming a PA, he worked as an Emergency Medical Technician in Los Angeles, CA and as a Phlebotomist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family, traveling and being in nature.
