Javid Baksh, DO, is passionate about treating the most complex pain cases using a comprehensive, integrative, and holistic approach. As an interventional pain management specialist at Premier Pain Solutions – which has locations in Asheville, Columbus, Greenville, Southern Pines, Wilmington, and Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as Easley, and West Columbia, South Carolina – Dr. Baksh is dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients living with chronic pain.
Dr. Baksh offers a wide range of conventional and alternative therapies, along with the most innovative, minimally invasive procedures, tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
A native of Monroe, New York, Dr. Baksh earned his undergraduate degree at Bloomfield College, graduating summa cum laude while attending on a baseball scholarship. He then pursued his Doctor of Osteopathy degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. In 2008, he completed a traditional rotating internship at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, New York, followed by a residency in anesthesiology at SUNY Buffalo and a fellowship in pain management at the University of Cincinnati.
Since 2013, Dr. Baksh has been a key opinion leader for St. Jude Medical and Flowonix Medical, and he is recognized as a distinguished presenter and published author for the North American Neuromodulation Society.
Outside of his medical career, Dr. Baksh enjoys cycling, hiking, and giving back to the community by volunteering with organizations such as Meals on Wheels.
