A native of Monroe, New York, Dr. Baksh earned his undergraduate degree at Bloomfield College, graduating summa cum laude while attending on a baseball scholarship. He then pursued his Doctor of Osteopathy degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. In 2008, he completed a traditional rotating internship at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, New York, followed by a residency in anesthesiology at SUNY Buffalo and a fellowship in pain management at the University of Cincinnati.
Since 2013, Dr. Baksh has been a key opinion leader for St. Jude Medical and Flowonix Medical, and he is recognized as a distinguished presenter and published author for the North American Neuromodulation Society.
Outside of his medical career, Dr. Baksh enjoys cycling, hiking, and giving back to the community by volunteering with organizations such as Meals on Wheels.
With a background in primary care and anesthesiology, Dr. Stephen E. Boatwright of Palmetto Spine and Pain Care Consultants in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, brings a unique perspective to pain management. Dr. Boatwright began his medical career at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and completed two residencies at the University of South Carolina, School of Medicine in Columbia, SC. Dr. Boatwright completed his first residency and became board certified in family medicine while serving as Chief Resident.
During his second residency in anesthesiology, Dr. Boatwright again served as Chief Resident and earned his board certification in anesthesiology. He also completed a cardiac clinical subspecialty plus additional training in pain management.

Dr. Scott M. Kowalski, DO, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) and interventional pain management. With over a decade of experience, Dr. Kowalski is dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, enhance mobility, and improve quality of life. He currently serves at Medicus Spine & Joint in Jacksonville and Gainesville, Florida, as well as Brunswick and Savannah, Georgia where he provides expert care in pain management and rehabilitation.

Dr. Kowalski earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, following a Bachelor’s in Biology from Alma College, where he graduated magna cum laude.
