She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from West Coast University in Los Angeles, CA. She knew she wanted to return back to the mountains where she considers home and has been loving the mountain activities. Along with being a Physical Therapist, Aly is a yoga instructor and massage therapist in which she utilizes her tools to help individualize care for her patients. She believes in order for people to be able to be the best version of themselves one must feel (mentally and physically) like the best version of themselves, which is one reason why she is drawn to pelvic floor physical therapy and restoring such a vital function in our bodies. She enjoys working with people on whatever their goals may be and strives to not only help you return to your prior level of function but beyond.
“Ally is phenominal, good listener, and totally engaged with her patients, and trying to help them accomplish their individual goals, and genuinely care about her patients.”

Jessica grew up in Virginia and earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy back in her home state at Mary Baldwin University. Upon graduation Jessica moved to Georgia where she began her career as a pelvic health physical therapist as well as specializing in lymphedema. She is very excited to continue her career here in the great state of Colorado.
Jessica knew she wanted to specialize in pelvic health prior to applying for PT school. She saw the impact pelvic therapy had on patients’ quality of life during her time in undergrad and was instantly hooked. She has a passion for educating patients to take charge of their pelvic health so they can get back to enjoying their lives to the fullest.

Chantal has been practicing as a physical therapist since spring 2019 after receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. Chantal also has completed a degree in Exercise & Sport Science from the University of Georgia and has worked in outpatient physical therapy practices since 2012. Chantal has a passion for working with patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and chronic and/or unresolved pain with utilizing treatment techniques including neurodynamics and trigger point dry needling. When she is not treating patients, you can find me competitively running ultramarathons, gravel cycling, mountain biking, and backcountry skiing.
“Chantal worked her magic again! Her manual massage of my trigger points plus the dry needling of my lumbar, glutes, and hip trigger points in a relaxing room helped release my crippling pain. Chantal is an excellent healthcare provider.”
My name is Dr. Monica Vandervoort PT, DPT. I’m a physical therapist specializing in pelvic health for all people—specifically pelvic floor and lumbopelvic girdle dysfunction—and I also love treating orthopedic conditions. I founded Summus Rehabilitation so that I could prioritize the patient relationship and provide contextualized instruction on their unique journey to healing and wellness.
Grace graduated with her DPT from Regis University and has been working in outpatient orthopedics for the past two years. She was initially drawn to outpatient orthopedics because she enjoyed treating conditions such as low back pain, hip pain, and chronic pain. There she became certified in dry needling, where she was able to help individuals control their pain to maximize function.
While working in outpatient orthopedics, she gained mentorship in pelvic floor physical therapy where she learned how to treat individuals with urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse. She developed a passion for implementing pain neuroscience education into treatment to help her patients understand their pain and conquer their functional goals. Grace strives to combine patient’s personal experiences, best available evidence, and clinical expertise to help her patients. She is excited to continue her clinical growth at N2.
Dr. Deena Lipson is originally from the northern suburbs of Chicago, IL. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where she majored in Kinesiology and minored in Psychology. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL.
Deena is passionate about spreading awareness and education regarding pelvic health. In her pelvic health rotation, she especially enjoyed working with patients experiencing urinary incontinence and working with women during and after pregnancy. Deena believes in treating each patient with a holistic approach. She enjoys treating the whole body and considering how low back, hip, SI joint, or tailbone pain can be contributing to pelvic floor dysfunction. She hopes to foster an environment where patients feel welcome, safe, and heard.
“I am so happy I asked my OBGYN for this referral! I was so comfortable and left feeling way more knowledgeable. I came in for pelvic floor therapy and post partum help with my c section recovery and dr. Deena was kind, helpful and I look forward to coming back. She gave me a full list of exercises and breath work to work on at home as well! Cannot recommend this enough!! ”
