Dr. Taylor Hart, PT, DPT is board-certified physical therapist who earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Arizona School of Health Science at A.T. Still University. Her diverse clinical experience, ranging from sports medicine to pelvic floor therapy and neurological conditions, allows Taylor to effectively treat a wide variety of individuals. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling, weightlifting, cooking, going to concerts, and running.
Dr. Dani Gross earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas State University after completing her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in Disability Movement Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. She has clinical experience in sports medicine, pediatrics, neurological rehabilitation, and orthopedics, giving her a versatile skill set to support a wide range of patients.
Growing up in both coastal San Diego and Vancouver, Canada, Dani developed a love for the outdoors and enjoys exploring nature through hiking, biking, and skiing. She believes movement is often the best medicine and is passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love, whether that’s sports, hobbies, or everyday activities. Dani takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to care, focusing on restoring function, managing pain, and improving quality of life. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys yoga, Pilates, and discovering Seattle’s vibrant food scene.
Dr. Victoria Bandy holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University. Prior to Midwestern, she received her Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from Oregon State University. She holds a Level 1 Fitness Athlete certification and is experienced with functional movement screenings for tactical athletes including firefighters and police officers. Victoria has clinical experience with vestibular patients including BPPV and PPPD, pre and post-operative care, orthopedics and treating neurological conditions.
Outside of the clinic, Victoria enjoys hiking with her dog, Stella, attending sports events, traveling, and going to concerts.
Eisha Joshi, PT, MS earned her graduate degree in Physiotherapy from SBB College of Physiotherapy in India, followed by a Masters in Cognitive and Movement Rehabilitation Science from The University of Texas at Austin, and later completed a Masters in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology at Dallas Baptist University. She has experience working with patients across all age groups, addressing musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. Eisha’s treatment philosophy emphasizes holistic, patient-centered care. She focuses on understanding each individual’s unique needs and building strong connections to help them achieve their highest potential in recovery and overall well-being. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll probably find her dancing her heart out to Bollywood music, relaxing at the beach, or recharging at the gym. A true people person, Eisha loves connecting with others and spending time with her friends and family.
JD Jones, PT, DPT received his Bachelors of Physiology and Doctorates of Physical Therapy both from the University of Washington, and has been a proud Husky his whole life. During his time at the University of Washington he competed with the Husky Wrestling team, eventually taking over as Head Coach during his last year of undergrad and during his gap year. He also served as a Strength and Conditioning coach for the club, and numerous clients throughout undergrad and graduate school. He's still involved in the world of Strength and Conditioning for the Seattle Select Baseball Club and Shoreline Community College Baseball team. JD is an active competitor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and has a passion for working with Baseball and Combat Sport Athletes. If you can't find him in the weight room or on the mats, check the mountains, as he's an avid hiker and outdoorsman with many backpacking, mountaineering, and hunting adventures under his belt.
Dr. Michael Fairchild, PT, DPT, earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington. A former professional baseball player in the Seattle Mariners' minor league system, Dr. Fairchild's own experience with injury inspired his passion for helping others achieve their goals and maximize their potential.
While having expertise in treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions, Dr. Fairchild has a special interest in working with overhead athletes and supporting individuals with diabetes in exercising safely. He emphasizes personalized care through tailored exercise progressions, movement optimization, and evidence-based practice to deliver exceptional outcomes for his patients.
Outside the clinic, Michael enjoys fishing, mountain climbing, cooking, playing catch, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Dr. Hannah Gould is a board-certified physical therapist, holding a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine. With clinical experience ranging from sports medicine to neurological conditions, she offers a diverse set of skills applicable to a variety of patient populations. As a former collegiate swimmer, Hannah is passionate about drawing on evidence-based principles to positively contribute to the health and wellness of others. Her clinical experience is further complemented by 10 years of coaching experience ranging from youth to Division I and national-level para athletes. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys endurance sports, being outdoors, and trying new restaurants!
Dr. Ellie Postma earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from Seattle University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. As a former collegiate cross country and track athlete, Ellie is passionate about working with runners and other active individuals. She has experience working with endurance specialties as well as general orthopedics. Ellie takes a holistic approach to care to help empower every individual reach their movement goals and beyond. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, playing pickleball, board games, and trying new food.
Dr. Haley Derr PT, DPT, CSCS completed her sports phsyical therapy residency at University of Washington, where she worked with men's ice hockey, men's and women's soccer, and other Olympic sports. She recieved her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has a passion for working with athletes , curating individualized programs through an evidence-based approach that address the unique demands of each sport.
Dr. Marlisa Overton is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy with over a decade of experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance optimization. Dr. Overton has worked extensively with multidisciplinary teams throughout her 11 year military career —including strength coaches, athletic trainers, orthopedic surgeons, and dietitians—and is passionate about a holistic approach to injury prevention and rehabilitation. Dr. Overton believes that movement is medicine and that everyone—whether an elite athlete or someone simply seeking a healthier, pain-free life—deserves personalized, high-quality care. As an avid mountaineer, rock climber, sailor, and functional fitness enthusiast, she understands that taking control of your health allows you the freedom to continue doing what you love, and she is excited to help you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best.
