Simon Hoehn, DPT, is the Director of Physical Therapy at Aptiva Health. He is a native of Mount Vernon, Indiana where he was a three-sport athlete and Lily Scholar. Simon went on to attend Wabash College where he played football. After his undergraduate studies, he received his doctorate in physical therapy from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Simon has worked with Division-1 athletes at Purdue University and has spent the last seven years teaching and working with patients on injury prevention, neuro-restorative rehabilitation, and post-operative physical therapy. Beyond his passion for physical therapy, Simon is a professionally trained business coach, a loving and supportive husband, and father of two beautiful daughters.
Rachel is a dedicated physical therapist with over 9 years of clinical experience treating orthopedic conditions and sport related injuries, with advanced certifications in manual therapy and trigger point dry needling. Rachel is passionate about delivering individualized treatment interventions that improve patients’ quality of life and promote optimal health and wellness. Rachel grew up in Bowling Green, Kentucky and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Belmont University. She currently serves as an adjunct instructor at Mount St. Joseph University and prioritizes making education a key part of patients’ treatment plans to better understand their pain and recovery.
