Physical Therapist Erica Fleischauer received both her Bachelor of Science Biology and Master of Science Exercise Physiology at Florida State University. She received her Master of Physical Therapy at University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She regularly participates in continuing education classes to stay up-to-date on new techniques and other tools that can help her treat patients to the best of her ability.
She has been working in her field for over 20 years. The majority of her experience has been in an outpatient Orthopedic setting, ranging from teens to adults, athletes, post surgical patients, motor vehicle accident patients, sports injuries, and rehabilitation.
She enjoys helping people heal and getting them back to doing the activities they love, as well as educating her patients on their condition, treatment, and rehabilitation.
Erica is an active person, with a past history of triathlons and marathons. She also enjoys pilates and yoga, and is very active with her 4 children, taking them biking, rollerblading, and skateboarding.
Raheela James, MPT, MBA is a licensed physical therapist with over 23 years of experience and has worked in many different settings, such as outpatient rehabilitation clinics, inpatient acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health services, and sports clinics.
Raheela has experience working with various diagnoses such as back pain, including cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and sacral; shoulder disorders, hip disorders; knee disorders; total joint replacements, geriatrics including falls, as well as neurological disorders.

Josie Felix, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, COMT is a physical therapist who graduated from the University of Saint Augustine - St. Augustine location in 2019 and has been practicing the last 5 years in Seattle, WA before recently moving to San Diego. Her mission is to provide high quality and specialized physical therapy services with an emphasis on looking at the body as a whole and trying to find the cause of your injury, mobility/strength limitations, or pain to help not only treat your involved area, but also find the driver or cause of what brought you to physical therapy. Josie treats individuals of all ages with various types of injuries, but specializes in helping those with EDS/hypermobility syndromes, TMJ dysfunctions, and rotational sport/overhead athletes. Josie was a DI collegiate softball pitcher and is TPI Medical Level II certified (golf specialization). Josie is also in the process of completing her fellowship in manual therapy through ASPIRE OMT.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys skiing, hiking, discovering fun restaurants, and traveling to new places whenever she can!
