Daniel Laughlin, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon with a passion for creating beautiful outcomes for the men and women who entrust him with their care. Dr. Laughlin brings more than two decades of experience to his practice at Laughlin Plastic Surgery, serving patients from in and around Annapolis and Easton, Maryland.
Education has always played a central role in Dr. Laughlin’s life. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, which is now part of Virginia Commonwealth University. He then completed a residency in general surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. A residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta followed.
Dr. Laughlin is a proud fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He also holds memberships in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the John Staige Davis Society of the Plastic Surgeons of Maryland.
After 20 years of partnership in a multispecialty plastic surgery office, Dr. Laughlin decided to enter private practice in 2016. That change allows him to create a more personal surgery experience and get to know the men and women in his care.

Tammer Elmarsafi, DPM, is a fellowship-trained podiatric surgeon at Vascular Surgery Associates, LLC, in Pikesville, Towson-SJMC, and Westminster, Maryland.
Dr. Elmarsafi completed his medical school training at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2016. After completing his residency training at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, a Level 1 trauma center, he went on to complete his fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital, which afforded him the title of Assistant Professor at the Georgetown School of Medicine Department of Plastic Surgery.
