Dr. Ezra Hazan is a board certified dermatologist and fellowship trained Mohs surgeon. He graduated with honors from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Hazan went on to do an internship in internal medicine at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He then completed his dermatology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and cosmetic dermatology at Mount Sinai Hospital. There he gained extensive knowledge and experience in procedural dermatology, including surgery of the skin as well as advanced cosmetic procedures like injectables, lasers and light based technologies.
Dr. Hazan is on staff at Mount Sinai Hospital, where he helps train dermatology residents, and at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center. He has published many academic journal articles and authored multiple textbook chapters on various topics in the field of dermatology. Dr. Hazan is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and American College of Mohs Surgery. He is passionate about the management and treatment of skin cancers, as well as cosmetic treatments and general dermatologic conditions.
