Born and raised in Oklahoma, Dr. Vaclaw grew up playing and loving sports. He always knew he wanted to be in the healthcare industry, and while attending college, he became more familiar with podiatry. Before leaving Oklahoma for college, Dr. Vaclaw had the unique opportunity to live in Mexico City, Mexico, for two years, where he became fluent in Spanish and developed a strong connection with Mexican culture.

Dr. Vaclaw earned his doctorate in podiatric medicine from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and trained at their state-of-the-art facility in Independence, Ohio. While there, he also received specialized wound care training from The Cleveland Clinic. Upon graduation, Dr. Vaclaw moved to The Woodlands, Texas, area for a three-year residency program at Kingwood Medical Center in Kingwood, Texas, specializing in foot and ankle surgery and medicine. He served as Chief Resident of that program. He is also one of the first podiatrists in the country to receive a Reconstructive Rearfoot Accreditation upon residency completion.

Dr. Monson was born and raised in Naperville, Illinois, as the youngest of six children. He grew up a competitor and loved playing sports. After sustaining a season-ending injury in football, he realized he wanted to enter the healthcare industry to help heal people and get them back to playing sports. Dr. Monson began exploring medical careers while attending college and discovered podiatry after a volleyball-related injury. Dr. Monson fell in love with the profession and quickly learned he could combine his love of sports with medicine and began working towards that goal.
While attending university, Dr. Monson decided to spend two years with the people of Puerto Rico and the West Indies. He became fluent in Spanish and grew to love Hispanic food and culture there.

Dr. Monson then went on to earn his doctorate in podiatric medicine from Barry University in Miami, where he had the privilege of working side by side with the University of Miami and the Jackson Healthcare system. Once he graduated, Dr. Monson accepted a surgical residency at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood and moved to The Woodlands, Texas, with his family. His surgical residency specialized in foot and ankle surgery and medicine. Dr. Dhukani moved to Atlanta, Georgia, to start her undergraduate adventure at Emory University. She graduated with a major in psychology and a minor in Arabic.
