After graduating high school, Dr. Conley moved to Fortaleza, Brazil, for two years. During that time, he decided to follow the example of his mentor and become a podiatrist. 

Upon returning to the United States, he attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he met his wife, Kira. In 2009, he graduated from BYU with a degree in Exercise Science. After completing his undergraduate degree, he and his wife moved to Chicago, Illinois, to begin his podiatric training at The Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Conley completed a three-year residency program at The Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He served as chief resident and received extensive training with an emphasis on advanced foot and ankle trauma, rearfoot reconstruction, and forefoot surgery.

Dr. Sorenson's journey in the medical field began at the University of Utah, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sport Science in 2007. His thirst for knowledge and commitment to excellence led him to pursue further studies at the prestigious Case Western University, where he completed coursework in the Masters of Applied Anatomy from 2007 to 2009.

In pursuit of his dream to become a proficient podiatrist, Dr. Sorenson attended Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 2014. Dr. Dhukani was born in Los Angeles, California, but moved to Houston, Texas, when she was very young. Growing up in The Woodlands, she attended The Woodlands High School. Dr. Dhukani moved to Atlanta, Georgia, to start her undergraduate adventure at Emory University. She graduated with a major in psychology and a minor in Arabic. Still fascinated and passionate about the field of podiatry, Dr. Dhukani moved to Cleveland, Ohio, to pursue her medical school education at Kent State School of Podiatric Medicine.

After she graduated, Dr. Dhukani moved back to her hometown and completed a three-year surgical residency in Houston, Texas, while training under various doctors in the greater Houston area. She is multilingual and speaks Urdu, Hindi, and Gujarati. In her free time, Dr. Dhukani loves watching movies, knitting, and spending time with her family.

Trent L. Monson, DPM, is an experienced podiatrist at Foot and Ankle Specialists of The Woodlands in The Woodlands, Houston, and Huntsville, Texas. 

Dr. Monson was born and raised in Naperville, Illinois, as the youngest of six children. He grew up a competitor and loved playing sports. After sustaining a season-ending injury in football, he realized he wanted to enter the healthcare industry to help heal people and get them back to playing sports. Dr. Monson began exploring medical careers while attending college and discovered podiatry after a volleyball-related injury. Dr. Monson fell in love with the profession and quickly learned he could combine his love of sports with medicine and began working towards that goal.

While attending university, Dr. Monson decided to spend two years with the people of Puerto Rico and the West Indies. He became fluent in Spanish and grew to love Hispanic food and culture there.

Upon returning from the Caribbean, Dr. Monson attended Brigham Young University and received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Kinesiology with a minor in Spanish. Dr. Monson then went on to earn his doctorate in podiatric medicine from Barry University in Miami, where he had the privilege of working side by side with the University of Miami and the Jackson Healthcare system. Once he graduated, Dr. Monson accepted a surgical residency at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood and moved to The Woodlands, Texas, with his family. His surgical residency specialized in foot and ankle surgery and medicine. He received excellent training from multiple institutions, including Memorial Hermann, Baylor College of Medicine, and the HCA Healthcare system, where he specialized in wound care and the diabetic foot, sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, trauma, and Charcot neuropathy and reconstruction.

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Dr. Vaclaw grew up playing and loving sports. He always knew he wanted to be in the healthcare industry, and while attending college, he became more familiar with podiatry. Dr. Vaclaw realized he could integrate his love for sports and athletics into a medical career and began the path toward becoming a foot and ankle specialist. Before leaving Oklahoma for college, Dr. Vaclaw had the unique opportunity to live in Mexico City, Mexico, for two years, where he became fluent in Spanish and developed a strong connection with Mexican culture.

Dr.Boulantsova grew up in Brooklyn, New York where she attended college locally. She attended Brooklyn College, ultimately receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She discovered her passion for medicine when her husband sustained leg injuries while serving in the US Air Force.

Dr.Boulantsova moved to Philadelphia, PA to pursue Podiatric medicine at Temple University where she completed her education with honors. Upon graduation she returned to New York City to enter a three-year surgical residency program at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, serving as chief resident during her final year. Over the course of her residency, she had operated at a level one trauma center at Jacobi Medical Center, managed inpatient and outpatient care at Montefiore and operated at Montefiore’s surgical centers located throughout the Bronx. She developed clinical skills in podiatric trauma, wound care and general podiatric conditions.
