Justin Singh, DPM, is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon. He serves patients at HealthyU Clinics at our Surprise, Avondale, Glendale, and Chandler, Arizona, clinics.
Dr. Singh grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. After completing his undergraduate degree at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, he completed his podiatric medical education at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Singh completed a reconstructive surgery and deformity correction fellowship where he advanced his training in revisional foot and ankle surgery, complex limb salvage, peripheral nerve surgery, and total ankle replacement.
He also furthered his surgical skillset by obtaining extensive training in microsurgery of the lower limb, local orthoplastic flaps, and external fixation. During his fellowship year, he also served as the team physician for their local high school football team.
Dr. Singh completed a reconstructive foot and ankle surgery residency at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio, where he gained extensive experience in the reconstruction of the foot and ankle, complex diabetic limb salvage, sports medicine, and trauma. He has presented at national conferences and remains current with surgical and non-surgical treatment options.
Dr. Singh is an associate member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association.

Kelvin S. Crezee DPM, FACFAS, of Ahwatukee Foot & Ankle Center in Phoenix and Maricopa, Arizona, is double board-certified in surgery and medicine. He then moved on to complete medical school in San Francisco with honors followed by a highly prestigious, multi-year surgical residency program near Detroit at Kern Hospital for Specialty Foot and Ankle Surgery. In addition, Dr. Crezee has specialty training in diabetes and sports medicine. Continuing with his academic endeavors, Dr. Crezee has served as an Associated Clinical professor at several medical schools and helped found the Carl T. Hayden Veterans Administration Podiatric Surgical Residency Program, the largest Foot and Ankle residency training program in Arizona where he continues to train young surgeons. James Schmidt, DPM is a highly skilled podiatrist dedicated to serving patients at HealthyU Clinics at our Gilbert, Avondale, and Phoenix, Arizona, clinics. Dr. Schmidt enjoys treating the foot and ankle and all that it entails. He grew to love the Arizona desert while attending Podiatry School at Midwestern University here in Glendale, Arizona. Residency training took Dr. Schmidt to Intermountain Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he received extensive medical and surgical training in all aspects of the foot and ankle. Dr. Schmidt is an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (AACFAS). Additionally, he is Board Qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) and is a Board Certified Diplomat for the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Tawnya Pfitzer, DPM, is an experienced podiatrist specializing in foot and ankle health for the entire family. Whether she’s treating an infant or an adult, Dr. Pfitzer offers a wide range of services at Desert Canyon Foot & Ankle in Avondale, Arizona, where she’s known for her kind and gentle touch.
After receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, where she was a member of the honors college and attended on a Presidential Scholarship, Dr. Pfitzer graduated with honors from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. She completed a surgical residency at Northridge Hospital in Van Nuys, California, and has studied both the general practices of medicine and surgery.
Her interests include biomechanics, sports medicine, and pediatrics, and she has extensive training in diagnosis, management, and surgical treatment of both chronic and acute issues.
