I am one of those people with deep set mental health issues. I knew I needed help but didnt reach out. I fell for that stigma that it was to be someone asking about hard issues that I try NOT to think about. I was wrong. Karolee let's me guide my therapy and gives her all to help. We talk about past and present, good and bad. I'm slowly learning how to appreciate the good in real time and how to work through the bad without getting stuck. She allows me to control the pace of my therapy and topics that I am capable of discussing. She's empathetic, compassionate, and professional. Our interactions help me feel safe and moving forward. She helps talk me down when im in a bad state of mind and genuinely celebrates my victories with me. My mental health is extremely complicated and she is helping me understand myself. Read less
