I had a serious reaction to a wasp sting from two days ago. I called to talk with Deb about the symptoms and she made room in her schedule to see me the same day. She discussed / educated me on the hazards and remedies of such reactions and was pro active in helping to alleviate the pain and swelling. She prepared me for any future incidents with bee and wasp stings, which I have become increasingly allergic to. Treatment was very professional and respectful. I am grateful.
She is very willing to listen and explain everything. She took her time and made me feel comfortable.
