Fellowship-trained, board-certified pain specialists Miranda Reed Cleaver, DO, with nurse practitioner Elizabeth Sipple, NP-C, lead the Cleaver Medical Group Interventional Pain team. The Cleaver Medical Group Interventional Pain team takes an integrative approach to health care. They combine frontline treatments that are minimally invasive like epidurals, radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulation, and peripheral nerve stimulation to help relieve patients’ pain and restore function without surgery. The team uses these interventions with a combination of ultrasound-guided and fluoroscopy-guided steroid and non-steroidal injections, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), Botox®, and trigger point injections to treat patients with severe and disabling pain.
In addition to treating chronic pain, Cleaver Medical Group Interventional Pain also provides evaluation and treatment for patients claiming workers’ compensation. I have been going to Cleaver medical group for a few years and they are always very nice to talk to and they have done wonders for myself and I would definitely recommend them to everyone the staff is always professional Elizabeth Sipple is and has been since I have been going there she is on top of things . Dr Miranda Reed Cleaver she is wonderful and also up front and outstanding and since I have been seeing them I have never seen anyone that comes to their facility mad or unhappy and to myself that means alot . So in my mind I don't think that I could trust anyone else to treat me

Dr Reed really listened to my concerns and explained things to me that I could understand. I have been to another pain clinic where you didn’t see a doctor, but a PA who seemed apathetic to my condition, just quickly prescribed pills or wanted to schedule cortisone shots. Dr Reed gave me new options for my pain treatment. I have a lot of confidence in her and will continue to see her. This doctor does require a referral from a primary care physician to book an appointment.

Terrible I felt dismissed with no help for pain when I can't stand up and walk because of a bulging disc . I'm very dissatisfied with this whole thing. It has thrown me into a terrible depression. Being dismissed is feeling of hopelessness
