Compassionate Family Medicine is a trusted family medicine practice serving patients in North Syracuse, Downtown Syracuse, Lyncourt, and Baldwinsville, New York. Ted J. Triana, DO, established CFM to provide expert care to those in his community, and the offices have become well-known for their collective focus on patient-centered care.

Compassionate Family Medicine never turns away a patient because of their socio-economic circumstances, insurance eligibility, immigration status, or another issue that could limit their ability to receive healthcare. To this end, CFM has an in-house patient concierge that helps patients navigate the intricacies of insurance and the healthcare industry. They also offer immigration services to those who have recently immigrated to the United States and help them navigate the complexities of establishing a life in a new country.
