Dr. Pickney is one in a million!! She explains each thing that is discussed during your visit, making sure you have an understanding as to what was discussed. She follows through on everything. If she says she'll call you back, just know she will. She helps you with insurance issues (like PA'S, coverage, etc) and makes sure you know what she's done and what we can expect next. She goes above and beyond in all that she does. I'd highly reccomend her to ANYONE! I simply love her!! Read less
