Im very excited that someone listened to me and is taking steps to get my health and well-being in order. It's taken me every bit of 10 years to get someone who would even listen to me. For some reason Doctors and some nurses just don't listen to their patients. I think it may be because of the insurance companies but who knows. The staff here take such great care with each patient. New Year, new insurance and I was sure a prior authorization might take weeks on a med I've been taking for a year. However, they got to work as soon as I had my appointment today and I am picking up my med today. TODAY!
The staff was very responsive during the inclement weather and helped me move my appointment for today to a later time so it would be safe not only for their staff but for me.
