At the Ozzie Smith Center you receive a physical therapy program unique to your needs. You are treated like a member of the family not just a patient. The staff is very friendly, caring and understanding making your visit something you look forward to. At the completion of your program you leave much stronger and more knowledgeable regarding your physical health. I would not consider going to any other facility!

The best Physical Therapy that watches and pushes you forward to your final goal. Michelle, Cody, and Amanda are so knowledgeable and caring and I will always be grateful that they helped me walk again. Especially Cody, he always knew the next exercises to do to get me not only walking but back to my active life.

Michelle is great at her job, she is an out of the box thinker & doesn't just go through the motions. She notices everything and makes the proper adjustments for the therapy. I used her after my PRP treatments, and she asked why I walked the way I did. My answer of that's how I have had to walk since an accident over 40 years ago, she was able to correct that, to my benefit. This time I am using her after an extensive shoulder surgery, and I immediately choose to come back.
I’m beyond blessed to find such a caring and kind crew who only want the best for me. They have taken such great care of me and my knees. The improvement is amazing! I will always be grateful for the crew and treatment. They are like family to me.

I fractured my ankle and knee at the age of 60. I came to Ozzie Smith for rehab to relearn how to walk after being non weight bearing for two months. I came in on a walker and can now walk independently after 3 months of therapy. I appreciate the one on one PT therapy and the top notch assessments from the head therapist, Michelle. Reasonably priced and the employees care about every step of your improvement. A first class establishment.
