At Joshuason Rehabilitation & Pain Management LTD in Beaver Falls and New Castle, Pennsylvania, John Wrightson, MD, offers customized pain management services to men and women of all ages throughout Greater Lawrence, Mercer, and Venango counties. 

Dr. Wrightson is a double board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation and interventional pain management specialist. He is one of the longest-standing pain management physicians in the state of Pennsylvania.

Joshuason Rehabilitation & Pain Management LTD is one of the leading interventional pain management centers in Western Pennsylvania. Dr. Wrightson and his team offer patient-focused diagnostics and customized treatment plans, including innovative treatments for back pain, neck pain, joint pain, headaches, and chronic pain. 

Joshuason Rehabilitation & Pain Management LTD is one of the only practices in Western Pennsylvania to offer minimally invasive lumbar decompression and the Vertiflex® Superion minimally invasive lumbar decompression procedure. The practice is also the only one in the region that provides Stryker SpineJack™ procedures to repair spinal compression fractures. 

Dr. Wrightson completed his Bachelor of Science at Hobart College in Geneva, New York. He earned his medical degree at the State University of New York (SUNY) Health Science Center in Syracuse, New York. 

Dr. Wrightson served two residencies, including one in anesthesia at the Albany Medical Center in New York, and one in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. 

Dr. Wrightson also completed rigorous fellowship training in sports, spine, and musculoskeletal medicine at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in West Orange, New Jersey. He’s a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP).
