We provide affordable care through flexible membership options, self-pay pricing, and traditional insurance coverage — ensuring that no one is left without access to the care they need. 

With a heart to serve and a passion for improving the lives of others, we’re committed to making quality healthcare accessible to all. In addition to our membership program for patients without insurance, we proudly offer free health services each month to one or two community members who do not have health insurance coverage.

Our focus is on adult and geriatric health, where prevention, comfort, and individualized care come together to create meaningful outcomes. We offer comprehensive primary care for adults 18 and older, including annual and sports physicals (sports physicals available for ages 13+), chronic disease management, preventive screenings, men’s and women’s health services — including breast exams and Pap smears, same-day sick visits and more. 

We also specialize in medical weight loss, helping patients reach their goals through personalized nutrition, exercise, and medication plans when appropriate. In addition, we provide care for depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions, because true wellness includes both physical and emotional well-being.
