My first visit with Rachael & she was fantastic. I have a hip out of place and she was able tell me exactly what my body was doing and had been doing for years. She was able to maneuver back in place & gave me a simple exercise to work on, as I’m going to have to train my hip to be where it should have been all along. Looking forward to finally being able to walk straight & thankfully I got into her before it got worse. I didn’t realize I was falling apart until it was quickly catching up to me. Read less
