After several years with Kaiser this was my first appointment with Ryan (via Medicare). I did the research beforehand and selected him based on patient feedback and reputation. He did not disappoint. Ryan asked all of the right questions and took time to understand my medical history. He was friendly, courteous and interested. The appointment also didn’t feel rushed. I saw Dr. Pawelek for the first time because my regular doctor wasn’t available. From the moment she walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to. She really listened, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything clearly without rushing me.
