Why isn't EVERYONE doing this like Jessica Kirkwood?? Regardless of the reason for my visit, every time I do, I am taken aback by the level of kindness and comfort I experience. Thoughtfulness put into every detail transforms any Healthcare or Aesthetic visit into a day at the spa! Being greeted with satin robes, ultra-soft kitty-cat socks, and aromatherapy instead of hospital gowns and giant paper napkins makes me feel 'seen and cared for' as a human being.
