Dr. Long has been my Primary Physician for close to ten years , and it’s very easy to see why as soon as he enters the room. My White coat syndrome stands no chance up against his very down to earth , humanly approach. Dr. Long iShow mores always an open ear , and truly values his relationships with not only his patients , but his staff as well. The whole Crescent Beach Care team rocks ! Thank you Dr. Long and Dr. Thor for the environment you’ve created for everyone.
Dr Long is very good with troubleshooting blood diagnostics and finding solutions. He has decreased my glucose & A1c so my type 2 diabetes is below the range. My cholesterol & trigicerides are also normal now. The Staff aShow moret Cresent Beach are very helpful. I would recommend this family practice MD office to any new patient looking for a friendly husband & wife MD team.

Dr. Long has been a valued important piece of of my life for over 10 yrs now. The office has grown and expanded over that time. The towns population increase has brought pressure and demand beyond capabilities, however the team with Dr. long has never lost any of the personal relationship with myself or others I know that are patients with him.
At 73 plus years I can honestly say Dr Long is the best MD I have ever known. He is responsive to all my questions and needs He explains everything in plain understandable english and is easy to get in touch with. I have great respect for him as Im sure his other patients feel the same.

Best Care Facility in town!
We moved from St. Augustine 7 years ago, and still drive over an hour for in office appointments, because we trust Dr. Long.
Dr. Long is awesome! Takes interest and shows a caring attitude towards his patients.
