I had a endoscopy procedure to see if I was a candidate for the Inspire implant for sleep apnea. Dr McKinlay is my ENT physician and performed the procedure. As always he is a very personable physician that listens well and explaiShow morens everything in terms you can understand. There was a problem with my IV in the OR right before they started and he unlike some physicians that would be irritated, he was not. He had his usual and calm demeanor. He always treats his staff well also. I like that.
Dr. McKinlay is an outstanding ENT surgeon! He was informative and thorough throughout the entire process, always taking time to explain things clearly. His compassion and warmth made me feel truly cared for, and his great sense oShow moref humor kept the experience light and stress-free. I had surgery just yesterday and am already happy with my recovery. I highly recommend Dr. McKinlay to anyone looking for a skilled, kind, and personable surgeon!

Dr. Mckinlay is the best doctor I have had. He is kind, patient, and understanding. He will listen and truly cares about his patients. I have never had such a doctor with great bedside manner. He explains what is going to happen and why along with what the expected outcome should be. I’m glad to have found him.
Dr McKinlay did a great job on my daughter surgery. she hasn’t had any complications or pain. Him and all the people that work with him are so attentive and kind. Before and on the day of surgery He made sure all of my concerns and questions were answered.

The Surgical experience was well organized, with informed personnel and process flow. About two hours from starting registration to start of anesthesia and departing there less than 3 hours later.

We are so happy with Dr McKinlay! He answers every question, spends ample time with you to make sure you understand everything that is going on. I came to Dr. McKinlay with a problem with my Inspire implant. He was not the initial surgeon but took my case and was willing to help me out. I immediately felt so comfortable with him, just a sense that he actually cares about his patients. I underwent surgery just a few days ago to correct a, floating in my chest, implant and a big divot in my chest. It is day five and my chest looks awesome, divot gone, and implant is where it should be. I couldn’t be more happy with the surgery!
