The staff was extremely friendly and easy to work work . My only disappointment was they were running about 1-1/2hrs behind and I felt that they could have called and let us know as we traveled from Grants pas and and had a 3:30 That ended about 6:00. That’s my only complaint as far as the doctors and the nurses they were the reply, making sure I was comfortable during my long wait and check on me often so I would definitely go back again

I've been having S .I jiont pain for over a year, it has slowly ruined my life, you quickly diagnosed and got me in for injections that instantly worked, the relief of pain has restored my life, I recently lost my brother this November and it made my holiday better. I didn’t actually see Dr. Tracy. I met with the NALU rep in regard to my device and had some adjustment done to the programs. Was not getting as much pain relief as I’d like.
I really enjoy the friendly staff that is in the office always smiles and a nice welcome Mitch who works for NALU is very good at following up with my phone calls and doing the best he can for me I’m grateful to be a patient there!

Dr Tracey is very personable and listens well to patients. She tried a couple of options to help with my neck pain, but neither was successful. Wait times can also be long. But as a person, she is wonderful!
